Activity of the department is particularly focused on:

• payment of investment invoices
• payment of operating invoices including Fund of cultural and social needs
• payment and accounting of all payments by means of operating account, investment account, account of the Fund of cultural and social needs and other accounts except for wages
• checking of all accounts of CHMI according to the chart of accounts and keeping a watch on problematic items except for wages
• breakdown of accounts and their final stocktaking
• keeping a watch on correctness of CHMI property records
