RADHYD Project - Exchange of ideas and development of algorithms for
estimating precipitation by RADar for operational applications in meteorology and HYDrology.
MOST Project (Multispectral Observations of Storm Tops) - A joint CHMI/NSSL project of research into convective storms (particularly their tops observed by met satellites)
Development of automatic meteorological stations - in co-operation with METEOSERVIS Vodnany; supports implementation of new state-of-the-art technologies to improve the quality of measured and observed data and automate the process of data transmission to regional centres
Development of new database systems in co-operation with ATACO Ostrava, focused on applying modern software tools to all operations involved on data archiving and basic processing
EGERIS - European Generic Emergency Response Information System - The project is focused on solution of on-line mutual communication among subjects participating in response to the states of emergency caused by natural disasters.
